Rick commenced the practice 18 years ago performing all aspects of accounting from tax returns and business advice.

Today his key responsibilities are consultation, advanced tax planning and business opportunities, effective business structuring and mentoring and developing his staff.

Over 30 years experience in accounting and tax, including 4 years in the UK. Areas of expertise include recruitment, automotive manufacturing, food manufacturing, communications, mining & primary production

Sandie Stanford – Senior Tax Accountant & Business Advisor

Sandie is a Chartered Accountant and Registered Tax Agent with over 25 years experience in advising small business and individuals on tax and accounting matters.

Sandie has a special interest in Self Managed Superannuation Funds.

Geraldine Arnold - Accountant

Holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accountancy (UOW) and is an associate member of CPA. She has worked as an accountant and in small business for 9 years. She is passionate about small business.

Viv Anderson - Accountant

Viv has 25 years experience in financial accounting for small to medium size business in a variety of role including positions such as Financial Controller. She is skilled in accounting systems and making it easier.

Sharon Byrne – Practice Office Manager

(JP of NSW) (Dip in Management)

Sharon has worked in Administrative roles for 20 years in both private and Government organisations.  Sharon is the Personal Assistant to Rick Mandelson, supervises and relieves the Reception role, performs administrative duties, attends to general enquiries, assisting staff and clients as required and ensures the smooth running of the office. 

Hayley Tickner – Administration

Hayley joined the team in March 2011 as the front office Receptionist.  Hayley provides friendly and professional service to all of our clients and visitors as they walk through the door.  Hayley performs our receptions duties, is responsible for checking and processing Assessment Notices and assisting staff and clients as required.
